RENTAL USE INCLUDES:

* Century + year-old rustic, historically decorated upper 3,100 sq. ft. barn loft located 

on a 210-acre farm surrounded by farmland and woods.

* The ability to host up to 225 people 

* Limited mixture of round tables, banquet tables, wooden plank tables, high chair, antique & 200 white padded chairs.

* Pasture ceremony area with a grand wood beamed arch and wood benches.

*Portable toilets (depending on size of event) plus a min. of 1 wheelchair accessible unit designated for the bride and the disabled, along with a washing station. (Rustic Bathrooms coming soon)

* Farmhouse –(3 bedroom, 1 bath) available for bride and bridesmaids as a get ready space, 

2 hours prior to ceremony (Vintage Bridal and Groomsman suites coming soon)

*Firepit area (weather permitting & managed only with staff assistance)

* Designated smoking & vape area west of the barn

* Vintage buffets for Cake and gift tables along with a vintage locked card box

* Strung café lights throughout the barn 

*Antique light fixtures

* Built in bar with ice chest & 2 mini refrigerators

*Stock tank, wooden cooler, 3- drink tubs w/stands & various galvanized tubs
